What Are I Joists and what is I-Joist Flooring ?
I Joists, also called I-beams, are constuction beams with an I or H shape cross-section. The vertical part is called the web, and the horizontal parts are called flanges. I Joists are manufactured to exact specs using our sophisticated engineering systems.
An I-Joist is an engineered timber joist, which combines an engineered composite panel with high-grade softwood. Combining these componensts using advanced technology produces an excellent alternative to conventional construction timber and flooring methods.
