High Specification pre-insulated wall panels by Wyder provided the solution for the client giving a U-Value of 0.17W/m 2 K.  The supply package also included the design and installation of the roof structure utilising the span and strength of engineered timber joists.

Due to the coastal location, the client also required a robust low maintenance cladding finish to the exterior, that would also work both aesthetically within their scheme.  Through our direct links with international manufacturers we were able to satisfy this requirement with a prefinished cladding which provided a 15 year warranty, and we colour matched the aluminium windows which was also included as part of our suply and fit remit.

Our elements of the project were erected iin just 5 days onto a prepared base, which was an extremely quick turn round and enabled the client to progress the project and open for business.
