Wyder Engineered Timber Systems’ advanced manufacturing facilities incorporate state-of-the-art equipment including automated cross-cutting saws. The technology enagles Wyder to link drawings directly to the saw from the design desk, which negates the need for saw operator input, thereby optimising cutting accuracy, efficiency and productivity.
Uniquely, the joists are automatically labelled as they are cut on the saw, which again increases productivity and accuracy. The labels correspond to the construction drawing, enabling quick and easy identification for installers. Wyder offers a choice of either comprehensive floor kits or pre-fabricated cassettes for floors and roofs. Floor kits include joists cut and trimmed square, joists individually labelled, plot identity information and ancillary items, all carefully wrapped for protection.
Floor and roof cassettes are manufactured by Wyder to suit all types of buildings according to individual specifications and requirements.
