Masonite I-Joists are a lightweight alternative to conventional solid timber members, offering cost-saving and time-saving solutions for floors, roofs and wall construction in a broad variety of private and public sector applications. With high strength, structural integrity and minimal environmental impact, they can accommodate clear spans of up to 10 metres within floor systems in certain applications. Whereas traditional timberwill warp, twist and shrink as it dries out, causing annoying floor squeaks, ceiling cracks and gaps that involve costly site call-backs, unlike Masonite I-Joists have superior dimensional strength and stability, eliminating these problems. They are ideally suited to both residential and commercial applications.

I Joist Flooring Manufacture

Using the latest manufacturing technologies, we are able to link drawings from the design desk to our automated cross-cutting saws – which increases accuracy and production.

I-Joists are automatically labelled as they are cut on the saw, again increasing productivity and accuracy. Labels correspond to construction drawings, allowing easy identification for installers. At I Joist Flooring we offer a choice of either floor kits or pre-fabricated cassettes for floors and roofs.

Our Floor kits include joists cut and trimmed square, joists labelled,  ancillary items, all carefully wrapped for protection and delivery to your site.
Floor and roof cassettes are manufactured to suit a range of buildings according to individual specifications and requirements.
